pent House ministry of Finance.

Ok, It Happened for some reasons i was at the Federal Ministry of Finance to make some enquiries and there was no parking space for visitor vehicles so i was directed to keep going round and round and round till i made my way to the Decking or should i say the "Pent-House"? well it was the last floor, open air and whaooo! you could see virtually all of Abuja's Central Business District from my stand Point of view. It was simply phenomenal and Amazing to me.. it was a moment i would have wanted you to partake in, but since you werent there and i had you in mind, instantly i brought out my camera and captured the moment for you! oh! How thoughtfull of me you'ld say..

Azeez Ajibola's wedding

It was  a very colourful and Glamourous occassion, friends, families and well wishers and host of dignitaries graced the occassion and in attendance were his school mates from college, the hall was filled to the brim, i mean, maximum capacity, it was at the Olusegun Obasanjo's Presidential Library (OOPL) in Abeokuta , Ogun State, South west Nigeria.
My Man, My Brother from another mother and My Hommie made it Happen.
Azeez Ajibola was getting married to his Heart-rob Adesola.
They have been at it from way back college and it was simply Amazing.

Azeez, Popular;y known as AZ, Zizo or Jibo was all decked up in a safari baba'nriga traditional attaire and his bride Adesola was Fabulous.
Given the circumstance, i did my best.
i made a 2 minute video, snapped some pictures at the venue and archaived it right here.

its going to be here in time to come and memories we hope would never fade.

The best i can is to wish the newly weds a happy married life..
Marital and conjugal bliss.
God's Blessings upon their home.
pray they see their children's children and that their home be filled with Peace , Love , Joy and Mutual Respect for each other.

On this Note!, i'l say..

Happy Married Life to the Newly Weds.

National Mosque

What I do best...

Photo Journalism..

Ok, so when i wan spend swell time alone, all i do is bring out my camera, drive by lovely neighbourhoods and do some real documentary..
Call it Photo-Journalism, call it Expository Journalism.
what i aim to achieve anyway is to depict the beauty the surroundings around me has to offer.

In this video, i was just lazying around.. Yeah! i think i was driving by the central drive, Central Business District in Abuja, i pulled over to the service lane, cruising at considerable slow speed, brought out my camera and of course i did justice, what i love doing the most lately..

Just take a look what the National Mosque looks like..

Nations Number one Mosque..

Its intriguing and fascinating.
She is an embordiment of Beauty.

The Roof-top i should assume is all Gold plated, she's an ornament to behold from a distance.
she could only be cherished and hence a place sancrosant only for worship.

I made this video just for your viewing pleasure.

Yeah! OMA made it..

Drive By CBN and American Embassy

I had thought you guys would have wanted to see what the Central Bank of Nigeria looked like...
My instincts are hardly ever wrong..
So, i called up a friend who has never been to Abuja and asked what national monument would be so precious to him, and he goes like, he would'a loved to see what the CBN looked like cos he'd never been to Abuja, the Nations capital.. Well i stay there, and e wasnt going to cost me nothing making a video what the CBN Looked like and post it on my blog for viewing pleasure..

Guess what! so much guts, i summounded courage amidst the CCTV's and security camera's i knew i was gon beat the system, so! armed with my camera, of course i was ready to shoot... no like shoot somebody but to make a photo shoot. so i got at it, in my usual manner, slow drive, chilling listening to music and recording every bit of what it is..
i passed by The CBN conyinued driving till i drove past "Ship-House", that is the Ministry of defence and then out from the tunnel and drove by American Embassy.

she was a stretch but i loved every bit of it, i enjoyed every moment, knowing i was coming right here to upload it for your viewing pleasure..

Have you read the "About me" lately on my Blog?

Its stated there! I work for you.
Everything i do is for you..

This video is for you..

To you from me for you forever..

Peace out..

Eagle Square

Well, I think why i made this video was because the Eagle square reminds me just one special occassion.

May 29th 2015..
Muhammadu Buhari was swearn in as Nigerian Executive President at this same venue..
So for people that dont know where the Eagle's square is and what she stands for.
i think the eagle square is the Nations ground for ceremonies.
Its the Nations ceremonial pride.

The Eagle's square is sandwiched by the complexes of the Federal Secretariates, Head of Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to an Extent, The ministry if Finance..

I made this video for you..

Transcorp Hilton

Where the money at?
You want luxury?
you want class?
you want style?
you want comfort?
You want porsche?
you want Executive?
you want 5-Star?

OMG! not like i slept there for the night, but just a drive by the Nicon Hilton would give you a feel what affluence is all about..

So, i was driving by the luxurious Transcorp Hilton and tried to persuede myself, one day i was going to be lodged in their most executive suite.. just one day!
lol.. you know that feeling, you aint got no money and you should'a just taken your broke ass home, but naaa! you still just want to give food to the eyes!, so you can aspire. what da!

With all the money in the world , you'l still have to slow down so you dont crash.
if you got "DRIVE" you'l still need gas.

Pretty girls, fast cars, porsche scenery all glamour.. just a visit to the Hiltons oo! i didnt even lodge there! a friend just called me over and i quickly drove there and in less than 2 hours i was out, but mehn! didnt want to expose my "Bushness".. immediately i pulled out and was in the car all alone, i brought out my camera to relieve and cherish the memories..

ofcourse i couldnt briing out my camera when i was inside, i had to form Porsche too na! you dont expect me to carry last na.. hahaha. you know!
But when i was out! the Ajepako syndrom that was away for more than 2 hours all of a sudden came back and reminded me to make this video..

im going places.. some day! those Ajepako syndrome would be far behind me..

Have a view for yourself what the Hiltons looked like.

State of Nigerian Roads, Jos to Nassarawa and watch a security operative...

The Ministry of works has a real daunting Task at hand.

Nigerian roads and federal high ways are in real bad conditions..

So! During my "Tour de nijerion", Grand Tour you'l say..

i still found time out to pull out the cameras, just to give you a glimpse what the state of Nigeria road are like and i thought somebody could please spread this video till it gets to the Minister of Works, Babatunde Raji Fashola..

Gush mehn! the roads are real deplorable and are more of Death Traps.

it was so so unbearable i had to pull out the camera's to document it so it doesnt seem an exergeration.

Gush mehn! i was leaving Pleatuea State, Jos precisely and was heading for Nassarawa.
The Roads were real bad.

you ply that road just once, you must carry out general and overhaul maintainance on your vehicle, change the Shock-absorbers, check the arms and ball joint and check the Engine seats are in great condition so the next time you wan travel that same road your engine doesnt just fly out your car in transit.. yeah! the roads are that bad..

Attention has to be drawn to these death traps and urgent measure needed be take if collectively we must develope as a nation.

OMA did this for you!

Abuja Constantly Under construction

You know! sometimes i wonder, if Abuja the federal capital territory is always under construction, when would development reach my own village and my own local government.
That was to kid you tho!

One feature with Abuja is that anytime you are away for say a period of 6 month and you are back, there would surely be one new landmark you would observe.
Something New is always being constructed

Abuja is fast growing to be the Dubai of Africa.. Mega city..

City of Power.

Abuja Under construction always 2

Deplorable state of Nigerian roads

Terrible accident scene while i was travelling

OMG!

For real i was moved to tears when i was making this video..

Speed kills..

Never drive Faster than your guardian angel can Fly..

i mean, you guys needed to have been at this accident scene.

its not exergerration, Bodies were lying lifeless on coltar in broad day light.

the cars were smashed beyound recognition.

it was a real sad moment for me!

i mean, i was in transit too, how come  these things happen?

plenty questions flashed past my mind..

it could'a been anybody.

I documented this not for the fun of it, but so that when you see this video you would be a more cautious road user. you would drive to arrive safe and you would know its better to be late than be the late or better to be late than sorry.

life doesnt have duplicate.

life is so so precious! everything humnaly possible must be done to protect life including safe driving.

Im an advocate for safe driving..

i have been driving now spanning past 12 years and i never one day got involved in an accident, not bcos im perfect and not like im boasting about it, but my grand father taught me a lot of lesson when it came to driving.

My grand pop told me back in the days when he was in the United Kingdom and the whites taught him to drive,

he said to me,

Speed is nothing without control

never speed more than you can control..

he said to me, once its getting dark and you can no longer see the lines on your pals, take a rest, look for a guest inn and lay your head.. tommorow is always another day.

he said to me, the white man teaching him to drive said to him  he should assume every other road user was insane, assume they are Mad, so you not only drive for yourself but you drive for other..

in the yoruba palance we say "akoba adaba, olorun ma je kari"

Meaning to say, "God deliver us from our own faults and the faults of others.

Lets keep our roads safe and accident free.

Lets adhere to speed limits.
lets always take precautionary measures..

life is so so precious to be wasted.

Live Long , Drive Slow..

OMA says so!

Sunday morning abuja tour

I Aint got no friends, so the only way i keep myself company is to meet you here online.

so i was just faffing around on a sunday morning..

dont even ask me if i didnt go to church..

Real life starts when church ends and sometimes stuffz happen not even Jesus can save you!

thats story for another day!

So! you know! Abuja could be a very beautiful emerging capital city and i consider myself very fortunate living in the cream de'la cream zones of the capital city, life is much more eaasy and much more pleasurable than what you get in Lagos..

that life in Lagos is not just for me, so i made this video to show them those lagosians what tranquility and decorum means in a city.

No rush, no haste, no CO2 emmission,
No dying young! Guush mehn! av always been of the opinion if i lived in lagos i was gon die young.. naaa! life is so sweet and too short for an Executive like me to live in Lagos...

Thats the last thing am gon ever contemplate..
Even if they said i was gon make a billion dollars in lagos, My health and Good living would come first..

Im not beefing lagosians tho!

But there is more to life than Gra-gra.

See the peaceful living you get living in the capital city.

the seat of Power...

Benue state trips, small phelps

There is raw talent in this country Nigeria..

Look the kid mehn!

The little boy just reminds me of Micheal Phelps the 9 times olympic Gold medalist in swimming competitions.

if this kid is taken and his swimming potential harnessed, kept in a classroom to study and placed on scholarship to swim, i mean we would be on our way to being one of the greatest Nations ever.

The kid dived into a large body of water as big as the River Benue and you ask me not to trip...!
Gush mehn! the kid got me tripping no luggage!

i think i particularly appreciated the kid cos im water-phobic.. if there is anything in the world i want to learn the most, its how to swim,  im so s craving to learn to swim.

Goat Meat i ate in Benue state

No be small enjoyment ooo!

You wanna try the goat meat?

guess how much it cost? #100 naira for a big fist size goat meat..

let the chopping continue na..

its not everyday you get to eat delicacies like this at affordable price.

So! During my "Tour de Nijerion" when i got to Ugba in Benue state and had to cross the River Benue with my Truck on a Ferry, Mehn! my heart was in my mouth!

When we were done crossing the very large volume of water, to ease the Tension was this Goat meat..

It came as such a relief man!

Pounded Yam and Goat meat..

You bet i love Food! Eating is my Hobby.
